We are currently shipping art prints internationally

Artwork is sent in either a waterproof bio-plastic sleeve with a thick hard cardboard backing to prevent your artwork from warping in transit OR a cardboard art tube - depending on size of the work you have chosen to add to your collection.

Shipping fee:
$12 flat rate within NZ
$25 flat rate for international orders

Processing:
Art prints are printed to order and will be shipped within seven working days (sometimes sooner). Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.

Taxes + customs fees:
safe+held is not responsible for any customs or import taxes. Please note that there could be shipping delays due to covid-19 which is completely out of our control.


healing candles + trays
currently ship within nz only

We are currently shipping our healing candles and concrete items within NZ only. We plan to extend this to other countries soon as our business grows, but in the meantime thank you for your patience.

Healing candles + healing trays are wrapped securely and well protected in corrugated cardboard and tied with jute string. The packages are then wrapped in kraft paper for transit. Plastic-free packaging with all materials able to be recycled.

Shipping fee: $12 flat rate

Healing candles + healing trays will be packaged and shipped to you within seven working days (sometimes sooner). Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email. If there are to be any delays with your order due to increased volume of orders, you will be notified of this and approximate time frames. If this does not feel okay for you, you may request a refund.


refunds + exchanges

By purchasing from safe+held you support a NZ artist and a soul-led creator. Please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges are not offered, unless your item arrives unintentionally damaged. If this happens, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your item. Email photos of the damage to youaresafeandheld@gmail.com and we will get back to you to resolve this.
